Cancellation and No Show Fees

  • Cancellation policy is summarized as follows:
    If you cancel within the cancellation period, you will get %50 back, if not, there will be no refund at all.

Sedans 1 Day Scheduled pick up time
Mercedes 3 Days Scheduled pick up time
SUV’s 3 Days Scheduled pick up time
Vans 5 Days Scheduled pick up time
Mini Buses 7 Days Scheduled pick up time
Shuttle Buses 7 Days Scheduled pick up time
Coach Buses 7 Days Scheduled pick up time
Limo Buses 7 Days Scheduled pick up time
All stretch Limousines 7 Days Scheduled pick up time
  • Cancellation before the grace period of the vehicle will result in a 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than the grace period from scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge.
  • A ‘no show’ fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 20% gratuity plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.
  • For no show trips, we dismiss the driver after the grace period. To avoid a ‘no show’ fee call (281) 217.0772 if you cannot locate your driver.
  • For Mercedes sedans, SUV’s, it is a 3 days’ notice to cancel with full refund.
  • For Vans, it is a 5 days’ notice to cancel with full refund.
  • For Stretch Limousines, Minibuses, Shuttle Buses, Coach Buses, Limo buses, and all hourly car services, our policy requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the rental. We cannot hold or guarantee any vehicle without this deposit. The remaining balance is due before the day of the service. Vehicle(s) will not be reserved until a signed contract has been received by Paul’s Towncar Service (We accept electronic contracts) and/or other arrangements have been made.
  • Cancellation billing claims: Any claims regarding billing for cancelled service must be accompanied by either your Paul’s Towncar Service issued cancellation confirmation, or e-mail.
  • Reschedule Policies: Schedule changes of more than 60 minutes made less than 24 hours before start of scheduled service (except delayed flights) will be subject to a service charge of $5.00
